Job Title: HMO Officer

Location: Benin, Edo

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a qualified and motivated HMO Officer to join our healthcare management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating healthcare services, managing client relationships, processing claims, and ensuring efficient healthcare delivery to enrollees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage HMO enrollees.
  • Process treatment authorizations.
  • Liaise with HMOS and NHIA
  • Respond to client inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain accurate healthcare records and reports.
  • Monitor quality healthcare service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with HMO/NHIApolicies and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Management, Nursing, Public Health, Biological Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of healthcare systems and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
