Job Title: Oil Waste Management / Tank Cleaning – Operations Manager 

Location: Nigeria

Description

• This role is ideal for a seasoned operations professional with hands-on experience in oilfield waste treatment, sludge evacuation, tank cleaning, environmental remediation, and integrated waste management services within the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across waste management, sludge treatment, tank cleaning, and environmental support services.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, logistics, and field operations across multiple project sites.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, DPR/NUPRC guidelines, and client operational requirements.
• Supervise waste handling, treatment, disposal, transportation, and remediation activities.
• Manage project execution, operational planning, reporting, budgeting, and resource utilization.
• Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interface with clients, regulatory bodies, host communities, and internal teams.
• Support business growth through effective project delivery and strong client relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related disciplines
• Proven experience in:
  • Oil Waste Management
  • Oil Sludge Treatment
  • Tank Cleaning
  • Industrial Cleaning Services
  • Environmental Remediation & Waste Handling Operations
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and environmental compliance within the oil & gas sector.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage field teams, operational risks, and multiple projects effectively.
• Relevant professional certifications and oil & gas industry experience will be an added advantage.
