Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Delta

Description

• The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for implementing and overseeing day-to-day operations that drive the company’s strategy.
• The COO collaborates with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring, translates strategy into actionable steps for growth, oversees company operations and employee productivity, ensures effective recruiting and retention, and ensures compliance with national and local business regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or other relevant master’s degree is preferred
• 20–25+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or general management
• Proven experience in a COO, GM, or VP-level operational role
• Experience scaling a business across geographies and/or verticals.
