We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Description

• You'll decide what didii builds next — and why. You understand how Nigerians use money, and you'll turn that understanding into product decisions that millions of people feel.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, Twitter/X, and TikTok
• Own performance marketing — CAC, LTV, ROAS — and optimize relentlessly
• Build and manage email/SMS marketing flows (Brevo) for user acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with content and design to produce high-converting creative assets

What we're looking for

• 3+ years running digital marketing campaigns in Nigeria (fintech or consumer tech preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms
• You think in funnels, not just impressions — every naira spent must be justified
• Strong copywriting instincts and a feel for what resonates with young Nigerians
