Description

• Are you creative, confident on camera, and skilled at creating engaging social media content that drives attention and sales?
• We are looking for a highly creative Content Creator who can produce premium real estate content.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube
• Shoot engaging real estate property videos and lifestyle content
• Edit videos professionally with trendy transitions, captions, hooks & sound effects
• Develop creative content ideas to increase engagement and brand visibility
• Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote properties and campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Creator
• Strong video shooting and editing skills
• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends & social media algorithms
• Ability to create premium and engaging storytelling content
• Must be confident, creative, and proactive
• Must reside in Ibadan or be willing to relocate

Added Advantage:

• Experience in real estate content creation
• Ability to operate camera equipment and editing software/apps.
