Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both digital and traditional marketing, with the ability to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, and online advertising platforms.
• Coordinate traditional marketing activities including print, radio, outdoor advertising, events, and brand activations.
• Create and manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with sales and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee content creation, branding, and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, media partners, and agencies.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
