We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Acquisition Officer – Retail Banking

Locations: Ajah, VI, Lekki, and Lagos Island - Lagos

Job Summary 

  • We are seeking smart, result-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our client’s sales team as Account Acquisition Officers.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for marketing and selling the bank’s products and services, acquiring new customers, and driving deposit mobilization and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard new customers for the bank.

Promote banking products and services, including:

  • Savings and current accounts
  • Fixed deposits
  • Loans and credit products
  • ATM/cards
  • Digital banking solutions
  • Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and networking.
  • Meet assigned sales and deposit mobilization targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure proper customer onboarding and KYC documentation.
  • Follow up on prospects and existing customers to drive retention and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any related discipline.
  • Previous sales or banking experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good marketing and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Salary: N93,000 – N150,000 monthly (based on experience and performance)
