We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Abia, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding business owners (merchants) to use FlexiMFB’s Pay With Transfer solution.
• This is a field-based role that requires daily engagement with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage business owners in markets and commercial areas
• Educate customers on the benefits of Pay With Transfer (PWT)
• Onboard and assist merchants in opening business accounts
• Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets.

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Must reside in the region advertised for the vacancy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
