Job Title: Learning Support Teacher

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers with effective learning strategies and co-teach in mainstream classroom settings.
• Observe students and implement interventions that remove barriers to learning and achievement.
• Administer diagnostic assessments and monitor student progress.
• Develop, implement, and review Individual Educational Plans (IEPs) for students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, educational psychologists, external specialists, and school administrators.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education with specialization in Special Education or Learning Support.
• Valid teaching certification or registration.
• 3–4 years’ experience in a Learning Support or Special Education role.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and student support skills.
