Job Title: HRBP / Payroll Specialist

Location: Ajaokuta, Kogi

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role located in Kogi for a Human Resources Business Partner/ Payroll Specialist.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR strategies, developing and implementing HR policies, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Y
  • ou will handle performance management systems, support management in workforce planning, and cultivate a positive organizational culture.
  • Your role will also involve providing guidance to employees and managers to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in Payroll Administration
  • Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and strategies
  • Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
  • Expertise in Performance Management to drive employee engagement and development
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM, CIPD) is an advantage
  • Experience in social commerce, data-driven organizations, or technology industries is a plus.

Salary
N600,000 monthly and above depending on experience.
