Pharmaceutical Sales Manager at Erkang Pharmaceutical

Erkang Pharmaceuticals is a multinational manufacturer of pharmaceutical products starting up in Ilorin, Kwara State Nigeria. Erkang Pharmaceutical is one of the largest manufacturers of Large Volume Parenterals (Infusion) and other products in the world.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Manager

Location: Ilorin, Kwara 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, mentor, and train medical representatives, providing guidance to ensure they achieve sales goals.
• Strategic Planning:Develop and execute 1–3 year sales and marketing strategies to increase market share for pharmaceutical products.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
• Performance Tracking:Monitor sales data, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare sales forecasts for senior management.
• Market Intelligence:Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Product Promotion:Organize and oversee promotional activities, product launches, and scientific meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education:Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with several years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Skills:Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge:Deep understanding of local pharmaceutical markets especially in large volume Parenterals (LVP), medical terminology, and compliance regulations.
• Tools:Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Applicants should be 40 years or below
