Job Title: FTTH Project HC Team Regional Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for regional HC team management and delivery achievement of the MTN FTTH project, and take ownership of regional delivery results.
- Be familiar with MTN FTTH broadband installation processes and organize on-site installation, activation, and acceptance activities.
- Be proficient in MTN customer systems and ticketing systems, and drive ticket closure and issue resolution.
- Manage regional installation teams and subcontractor resources to ensure delivery quality and efficiency.
- Be responsible for regional delivery progress, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction management.
- Coordinate with customers and project stakeholders to resolve on-site delivery issues.
- Prepare regional delivery reports and drive project KPI achievement.
Requirements
- Experience in telecom, broadband, or FTTH project delivery; MTN project experience is preferred.
- Familiar with MTN broadband installation processes and customer systems.
- Proven experience in regional management and team management.
- Experience in managing installation teams and subcontractors.
- Strong communication, coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to adapt to regional site management and overseas project environments.
- Diploma or above is preferred; candidates with relevant project experience may be considered with flexible academic requirements.
