Job Title: Experienced Architect
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Information
- The Architect will be responsible for creating designs for new construction projects, alterations redevelopment, designing buildings to create unique and well-organised structures, up to finishing and changing interior areas and the intelligent use of space, etc.
A Summary of the Role’s Responsibilities is as follows
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong expertise in rendering software such as Lumion or equivalent
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, particularly for plan rendering and presentation preparation
- Creating work models and modelling for space.
- Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect.
- Strong team player.
- Experience in building designs and finished works
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good Architectural presentation skills
- Strong technical design skills
- Knowledge of relevant legal issues associated with the construction industry
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Very good attention to details.
