We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Freelance Real Estate Marketer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential real estate buyers, sellers, or investors through targeted networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
• Property Marketing: Create compelling property listings with engaging descriptions, photos, and videos to post on social media and property listing portals.
• Client Relations: Consult with clients to understand their property needs, financial capabilities, and preferences.
• Site Inspections: Conduct physical or virtual property viewings, highlighting key amenities and neighborhood benefits.
• Deal Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
