Job Title: Analyst, Application Developer (Full Stack)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a talented and motivated Analyst, Application Development to join our Solution Delivery team.
• In this role, you will design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and performance standards.
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative applications while ensuring quality, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, build, configure, customize, and unit test applications based on functional and technical specifications
• Contribute to the delivery of client projects by coding assigned solution components
• Translate low-level designs into functional solutions that meet specified requirements
• Conduct peer reviews of detailed technical designs
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed time, cost, and quality standards
• Perform unit testing to maintain high-quality code standards
• Build secure applications in line with enterprise security standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless solution integration

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years’ relevant work experience
• Certifications such as CBAP, MCSD, CSD, or CSQA are an added advantage

• Alignment between technical specifications and delivered solutions.

Technical Skills:

• JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• C#, .NET
• MSSQL, PostgreSQL.

Core Competencies:

• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or similar development frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound understanding of business and technology integration
• Strong application design and architecture knowledge
• High commitment to delivering business value and meeting operational targets
• Working knowledge of Python.

Salary
N350,000 - N420,000 Monthly.
