Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of machinery and equipment within our oil engineering operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure minimal downtime, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs promptly
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
- Maintain maintenance records and technical reports
- Ensure compliance with HSE and operational standards
- Coordinate with operations teams to minimize downtime
- Support installation and testing of equipment when required
Requirements
- B.Eng / HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in oil & gas or engineering firms
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
