We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant General Manager (Civil & Structural Engineer)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil and structural engineering projects across multiple sites
• Manage project planning, design, execution, and delivery within budget and timelines
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and project teams effectively
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
• Provide technical leadership and strategic support for complex projects
• Collaborate with architect, contractors and project manager to resolve on-site technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years’ cognate experience in the real estate and construction industry
• Proficient in COREN software/standards and engineering compliance requirements
• Strong expertise in structural and civil engineering design from project inception to completion
• Ability to handle and resolve complex engineering and construction challenges
• Excellent project management, leadership, and supervisory skills
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in piling and foundation engineering.

Salary
N800,000 monthly.
