Role Summary
- Responsible for managing inventory, invoicing, and administrative operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
Core Mandate
- Ensure strong operational control across inventory, billing, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control
- Prepare and issue invoices and quotations
- Track inventory movement and reconcile stock
- Support procurement tracking and logistics coordination
- Maintain structured administrative systems and documentation
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field with 2–5 years relevant experience
