Role Summary
- The Head of Sales & Market Development will lead SolarCentric’s revenue growth across all market segments, including commercial & industrial (C&I), government, telecom infrastructure, SMEs, and product distribution.
- This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales organization, driving pipeline development, structuring deals, and converting opportunities into revenue across EPC projects, product distribution, and after-sales services.
Core Mandate
- Build and lead SolarCentric’s revenue engine, consistently converting pipeline into profitable and scalable business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own company-wide revenue targets and pipeline development
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies across key sectors
- Build and lead high-performing sales teams
- Structure and close complex energy deals (EPC, PPA, EaaS)
- Develop strategic relationships across corporate and public sectors
- Implement sales systems, reporting, and performance tracking
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years experience in energy, infrastructure, or B2B technical sales
- Proven track record of closing large-scale deals
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills
