Job Title: Health Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and policies.
- Implement and manage budgets, resources, and financial planning.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Evaluate and improve processes for patient care and administrative functions.
- Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as suppliers, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical and operational staff.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Plan and implement new programs and services to meet patient needs.
- Ensure the facility maintains accreditation and certification standards.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and issues.
Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 per month.
