Job Title: Business and Strategy Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and stakeholders
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations and Management to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, business trends, and market developments
- Support brand visibility and represent the organization during business engagements and networking opportunities
- Prepare periodic business development and performance reports for Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and the ability to utilize business management software effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives
- A Master’s degree and relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 per month.
