Job Summary
- Five28 Properties is seeking a smart, driven, and commercially minded Real Estate Sales & Strategy Executive to support the growth of the company through property sales, client relationship management, lead generation, and strategic business development initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to contribute to sales strategies that drive revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management:
- Generate and convert leads into property sales and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and investors.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently on inquiries, prospects, and ongoing negotiations.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Conduct market research on pricing, trends, and competitor activities.
- Support the creation of sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for improving operational and sales processes.
Marketing & Brand Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team on property campaigns and listings.
- Assist in creating engaging property descriptions and sales materials.
- Support digital marketing initiatives targeted at property buyers and investors.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare weekly sales and business development reports.
- Update property listings and client databases regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years experience in real estate sales, business development, or property consulting.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
