Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to support both store operations and front-of-house service, ensuring efficient stock management and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly
- Receive, organize, and manage store inventory and supplies
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, dining area, and service points
- Assist with billing, payments, and basic record-keeping
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of inventory handling and record-keeping
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
