Job Summary

• The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing sales teams within the assigned territory.
• The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sales activities across the Nation.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans.
• Identify new markets and growth opportunities within the area.
• Ensure adequate market coverage and distribution.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales goals.
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Analyze sales data and recommend improvements.
• Supervise and support sales representatives within the territory.
• Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Expand the company’s customer base.
• Promote company products and services.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide market feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
