We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Audit Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • The Audit Manager will be responsible for managing and directing several audit engagements across clients in both the private and public sectors.
  • The role requires ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services that align with international standards and the firm’s quality control policies. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience in handling diverse teams and complex projects are essential.

Primary Duties

  • Lead audit assignments in collaboration with the Managing Partners
  • Assist in drafting proposals and contribute to winning new business.
  • Achieve revenue targets while maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Perform audit activities in line with international auditing standards and internal guidelines.
  • Provide training to subordinates.
  • Support units’ goals including report generation and audit planning.
  • Review audit work to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with other units on communication and marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in auditing.
  • Membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or a comparable professional body.
  • Demonstrated experience auditing clients in both private and public sectors.

Additional Criteria:

  • Proven track record managing at least 7 Category A clients for two consecutive years.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
  • Up-to-date understanding of industry regulations and developments.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial information effectively.
  • Proficiency in CaseWare, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well in teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 / Month.
