Job Summary
- We are seeking proactive and result-driven Field Credit Officers to join our team across the listed locations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan processing, repayment follow-up, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard qualified customers.
- Educate customers on loan products and company policies.
- Conduct field visits and customer verification exercises.
- Process loan applications and documentation accurately.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients.
- Meet assigned performance and recovery targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- Previous experience in credit, sales, microfinance, or field operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of the assigned location and its environs.
- Candidates must reside within or close to the preferred location.
Salary
N100,000 per month.
