We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

• Prepare and present meals in line with company recipes and standards.
• Supervise kitchen operations and coordinate kitchen staff activities.
• Develop and improve menu items where necessary.
• Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
• Monitor food portions, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Train and guide kitchen staff on food preparation and kitchen procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage kitchen inventory and report supply needs promptly.
• Work closely with management to improve kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
