Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced Storekeeper to join our industrial canteen team in Surulere.
• The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in inventory and store management within a food service or hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming food items and supplies.Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
• Issue items to kitchen and operations teams while maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure proper storage of food items in line with hygiene and safety standards.
• Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Track expiry dates and minimize wastage.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
• Coordinate with procurement and management on stock replenishment needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of OND or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in an industrial kitchen, canteen, hotel, or catering environment.
• Additional certification or training in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, or Logistics will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates residing in or around Surulere will have an added advantage.

Salary
Competitive and negotiable based on experience.
