We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mixologist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally.
• Create and maintain high-quality cocktail and mocktail presentations.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the bar area.
• Monitor bar stock and report shortages promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests.
• Follow company recipes, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Work closely with waiters, kitchen staff, and management for smooth operations.
• Handle opening and closing bar procedures when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Neat appearance and professional attitude.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and attentive to details.
