We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Reports to: Executive Management / Board of Directors
Direct Reports: Heads of Departments (Finance, Operations, Marketing, Security, Kitchen, Facility, Customer Experience)

Main Function

  • The General Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the overall operations, growth, and profitability of the business.
  • The role ensures operational excellence, exceptional customer experience, strong team performance, and achievement of organizational goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence across all departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational sustainability.
  • Supervise department heads and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, revenue targets, and cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards and overall client satisfaction.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Identify business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
  • Lead recruitment, staff development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, health, and safety standards.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive management.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Experience;

  • 4-5 years’ experience in business management or operations leadership.
  • Must have prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or related service industries.
  • Proven experience managing multiple departments and large teams.
