We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Reports to: Marketing Manager / General Manager

Main Function

• The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the brand’s digital presence, creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and driving brand awareness across all social media platforms.
• The role ensures consistent brand messaging and supports marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Manage day-to-day activities across all social media accounts.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to improve content performance.
• Increase followers, engagement, and online brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Track social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements
Education and Certifications

• Degree or certification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Must have 1–4 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, or retail brands is an added advantage.
