We are a start-up fashion brand and fashion consultancyfocused on high-end women's clothes. Our main operations in Surulere, Lagos, arerecruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fashion Operations Assistant

Location: Obalende / Tejuosho / Iponri areas - Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

• Our business is growing, and we are looking for one more member to join our team.
• We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Fashion Operations Assistant to support daily tailoring and production activities.
• Do you need to have fashion or tailoring experience?
• This will help, but it is not essential.
• We are primarily looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with tailors and embroidery artisans
• Collect and deliver fabrics and garments
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Book Uber deliveries and collections
• Take clear photos to document completed tasks
• Give daily task updates (WhatsApp & email)
• Assist during fittings and photoshoots when required

Minimum Qualification

• OND / HND

Important Requirements:

• Must be able to arrive on time consistently
• Must be comfortable following instructions exactly
• Must be comfortable using public transport for errands.
• Must take initiative and solve simple problems independently
• Must communicate clearly and give detailed updates
• Must be willing to learn and improve.
• Must have a working and reliable phone.

This role is not suitable for candidates looking:

• Daily-paid or gig work
• Struggle with punctuality or lack professionalism

Work Schedule:

• 3 weekdays per week
• 2 Saturdays per month
• Total: 14 working days per month.

Salary

• N187,500 per month (full-time equivalent)
• N120,000 per month pro-rata for a schedule of 3 weekdays per week plus 2 Saturdays per month (14 working days monthly).

Other Benefit:

• Transport provided for official errands only.
