We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations
  • Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline and professionalism
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND in Hospitality Management or related fields
  • Additional professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years cognate experience in hotel management or hospitality operations
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and staff management
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management systems
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
