Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The Operations & Business Development Manager will oversee daily business operations while driving sales growth and client acquisition activities.
  • The role involves coordinating operational processes, managing client relationships, supporting revenue generation, and ensuring seamless service delivery across the business.
  • The ideal candidate (preferably a female)should be organized, proactive, commercially aware, and experienced in managing operations within a service-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development and client acquisition activities across target sectors
  • Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention
  • Maintain and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate installation and maintenance schedules for ambient scenting systems
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth service delivery across assigned accounts
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of operational materials
  • Manage relationships with logistics and service partners to ensure timely delivery and support
  • Track operational and sales activities and prepare regular performance reports
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, clients, and operational activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client requests
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in operations, sales support, administration, or business development roles
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, sales, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
