We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Restaurant & Lounge)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Propose potential business deals across all business units: Restaurant, ODC, Lounge, QSR
• Meet and exceed the set sales target given by the management
• Identifies ideas by researching events and activities
• Responsible for the marketing of the company’s products and services online and offline
• Responsible for managing all the company's social media accounts and suggesting new online campaigns
• Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on marketing goals
• Prepare clients ‘proposals and PowerPoint slides for marketing presentation
• Analyze industry statistics and compile accurate reports
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Collate and track customer feedback and make necessary reports for management use
• Work with other units, such as Kitchen and Operations, to meet customer needs.
• Prepare a daily and weekly tracker and submit to the supervisor
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
