We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Foreman Plumber
Ref No: IITA-HR-NRS2016-026
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Responsibilities
Successful candidate will among other things perform the following duties:
- Assist in monitoring delivery schedules of materials to ensure uninterrupted work flow;
- Ensuring work performed conforms with work plans, specifications and industry standards;
- Assist in supervise the plumbing activities in the plumbing unit;
- Assist in the installation of WCs, sinks and wash hand basins;
- Assist in installation of copper water pipes and general plumbing work;
- Submitting detailed report s of completed work assigned;
- Ensuring safety and making sure tool box are sufficient to meet work demand;
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- At least two (3) years relevant experience in a similar role.
Competencies:
- Ideal Candidate must have:
- Good understanding of construction means and method associate with renovations and construction of industrial buildings.
- Good Knowledge of plumbing work
