About the Role
- We are looking for a smart, independent and results-driven Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to help us generate leads, build a sales pipeline, present our solutions to potential customers, conduct demos and close deals.
- This is a remote role for someone who can work with minimal supervision, manage their own time, and take full ownership of sales and marketing activity from prospecting to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Generating qualified leads through digital channels, LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, WhatsApp, referrals, online research and targeted campaigns.
- Identifying businesses and organisations that would benefit from paperless, digital workflow and document solutions.
- Building and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Contacting prospects, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings.
- Presenting SignTech Paperless Solutions to potential customers.
- Running online product demos using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or similar tools.
- Preparing and sending proposals, following up with prospects and closing deals.
- Managing customer objections and explaining the value of going paperless.
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, demos, proposals and closed deals.
- Providing weekly sales and marketing reports to management.
- Supporting simple digital marketing activities such as social media posting, email campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages and campaign tracking.
- Working independently to meet agreed lead generation, demo and sales targets.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, sales, business development, B2B sales, SaaS sales, technology sales or a similar role.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confidence presenting to business owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Ability to conduct professional online meetings and product demos.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, Google search, content marketing or paid ads.
- Ability to work remotely without close supervision.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
- Own laptop, smartphone and reliable internet connection.
- A quiet and professional remote working setup.
- Must be based in Nigeria; Lagos-based candidates will have an advantage.
Added Advantage:
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
- Selling software, SaaS, digital transformation, document management, workflow automation, CRM, ERP or business technology solutions.
- Selling to SMEs, schools, hospitals, professional service firms, logistics companies, financial services firms or corporate organisations.
- Using CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
- Running B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Creating simple sales presentations, proposals or demo scripts.

Salary
- N150,000 - N180,000 / Month depending on experience
- Commission: Paid on successful closed deals after customer payment is received.
- Performance review: Salary and commission structure may be reviewed based on results.
