Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Benin.
• The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting market research, advising clients on property decisions, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
• The consultant will also provide client training on property investments and act as the primary point of contact for all property-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation
• Experience in providing client Training related to property investments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Experience in the Nigerian real estate market is a plus.
