Job Title: Analyst, IT Service Delivery
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- Alphabeta Consulting LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join its IT Service Delivery team as an Analyst, IT Service Delivery.
- The successful candidate will support daily IT service operations through incident monitoring, stakeholder coordination, operational reporting, and service support activities. The role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in IT operations, service delivery, and application support within a dynamic professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
- Monitor assigned services, applications, and operational activities daily.
- Log, track, and follow up on incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Escalate unresolved or critical operational issues appropriately.
- Support monitoring of service availability and reporting of service interruptions.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Follow up with internal teams and partners on operational tasks.
- Support communication of service updates, incident status, and resolution feedback.
- Assist with coordination of integration and implementation activities.
Reporting & Documentation;
- Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic operational reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, activities, and resolutions.
- Ensure operational records and logs are properly updated.
Compliance & Team Support:
- Adhere to established IT operational procedures and escalation processes.
- Support service management and operational governance activities.
- Provide operational and administrative support to senior team members.
- Participate in testing, validation, and implementation support activities where required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–4 years’ relevant experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, operational processes, and support environments.
Required Skills & Competencies;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Understanding of IT systems and operational processes.
- Basic knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (API).
- Ability to follow operational procedures and escalation guidelines.
- Attention to detail with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs and SQL.
- Exposure to application support or integration environments is an added advantage.
Salary
N350,000 - N420,000 per month.
