Job Summary
- The Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and supervising construction and facility development projects to ensure functionality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Description
- Develop architectural designs and building plans
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and project specifications
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
- Review construction quality and adherence to approved designs
- Assist in project planning and budgeting
- Recommend sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Professional registration/licensing is an advantage
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in architectural design and construction projects
- Proficiency in CAD and architectural design software.
Requirements:
- Strong design and planning skills
- Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of construction standards and regulations
- Good communication and project coordination skills
- Attention to detail and creativity.
