Job Title: Waiter (Hotel)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Waiter to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, and ensure our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and seat them appropriately.
• Take food and drink orders and relay them correctly to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and safely.
• Handle customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and recommendations.
• Process payments and operate the POS/cash register.
• Maintain the cleanliness of tables, the dining area, and the assigned station.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel is an advantage (fresh graduates may apply if willing to learn).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure.
• Honest, respectful, and presentable with a neat appearance.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service (training will be provided if needed).
