We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure all systems function properly.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, elevators, and other facility equipment.
• Ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues and guest complaints.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify repair and maintenance needs.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment servicing.
• Coordinate external contractors and service providers.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality service delivery.
• Negotiate maintenance contracts and service agreements where necessary.
