Job Title: Business Development and Growth Officer

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The Business Development & Growth Officer will be responsible for driving revenue generation, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and business expansion initiatives for the organization.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong sales acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth for the company’s consulting and professional service offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives and market penetration plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitch documents.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Lead client engagement meetings, negotiations, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track business development activities and prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry engagements.
  • Support brand visibility and growth campaigns across digital and physical channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 2-3 years proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or growth-focused roles.
  • Experience within consulting, professional services, HR services, or related industries is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
