Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, persuasive, and result-driven Telemarketer with proven real estate experience to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, engaging prospective clients over the phone, scheduling inspections, and supporting the sales team in achieving organizational targets.
- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, confidence in handling objections, and the ability to convert prospects into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate properties and services.
- Follow up on existing leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule property inspections or appointments for the sales team.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client feedback, and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly to call and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Update CRM systems and databases with accurate client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to improve lead conversion strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- 1–2 years proven experience as a Telemarketer, Telesales Representative, or Customer Service Representative in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and property marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must be confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
