Job Summary

• In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact digital campaigns that resonate with our audience and convert leads into long-term partners.
• We are looking for someone who stays ahead of digital trends and knows how to balance data-driven insights with compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, creating engaging content calendars and managing daily interactions.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality written and visual content for blogs, newsletters, and social platforms.
• Paid Advertising: Set up and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to ensure maximum ROI.
• SEO & Analytics: Monitor website traffic and SEO performance, providing monthly reports on KPIs and actionable growth insights.
• Email Marketing: Design and manage email automation workflows to nurture our lead database.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the corporate or financial services sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva (or Adobe Suite), and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Copywriting: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adopt the brand’s professional yet engaging voice.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to justify marketing spend and strategy shifts.
• Creativity: A "growth-hacker" mindset—constantly looking for new ways to reach our target demographic.
