Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Kano
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production activities and ensure operational efficiency within the manufacturing process.
- The ideal candidate will coordinate production schedules, manage teams, monitor quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining workplace safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production operations.
- Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate production staff and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of production equipment.
- Minimize production downtime and operational delays.
- Implement safety and compliance procedures within the production environment.
- Prepare production reports and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production or manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
