We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Officer Learning and Development
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify organizational skill gaps.
- Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and structured learning content.
- Facilitate engaging in-person training sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and facilitators.
- Partner with managers to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
- Support performance management through targeted capability development initiatives.
- Design and implement employee career development and growth frameworks.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using standardized assessment models.
- Maintain accurate training records and learning databases.
- Prepare periodic reports on learning outcomes and training impact.
- Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
