Job Summary

• As the Head of Marketing, Acquisition & Growth, you will lead the company’s global growth engine, driving aggressive user acquisition, retention, and platform adoption while building scalable marketing and growth systems across digital channels and creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale multi-channel acquisition strategies across paid media, influencer marketing, referral systems, partnerships, and community-led growth
• Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
• Build and optimize growth systems, lifecycle marketing funnels, and performance marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to improve onboarding, conversion, and monetization strategies
• Manage and mentor high-performing growth and marketing teams while ensuring execution in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in fintech or high-growth technology environments
• Proven experience scaling consumer-facing digital products with a strong user acquisition track record
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, growth systems, retention funnels, analytics, and lifecycle marketing
• Demonstrated experience contributing to the rapid scaling of products to 400,000 – 500,000+ users within a short growth cycle.

Salary
N5,000,000 - N7,000,000 monthly.
