We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are looking for smart, energetic, and result-driven Relationship Officers to join our growing team.
• If you are passionate about sales, relationship management, and earning based on performance, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new loan leads through field sales, referrals, and personal networks
• Market Baselenders’ loan products to prospective customers
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor customer repayments and support recovery efforts where necessary
• Meet monthly sales and portfolio performance targets
• Submit weekly activity and performance reports.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc Degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, loan marketing, or financial services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and in the field
• Basic understanding of loan products and customer risk assessment.
