Job Summary

• Are you a recent NYSC graduate who is business-oriented and passionate about the food, eatery, or restaurant industry?
• We are looking for a proactive and responsible Supervisor to join our fast-growing eatery business.
• The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations, coordinating staff activities, supporting business growth, creating content, managing social media platforms, maintaining proper records, and ensuring staff compliance with company policies and standards.
• This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain practical business and management experience in a growing enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily business operations.
• Ensure staff compliance with company rules and operational standards.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Create engaging content for the brand.
• Manage and grow the business’s social media platforms.
• Assist in customer service and relationship management.
• Monitor workflow and report operational issues when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience working in a business enterprise is an added advantage.
• Strong marketing and management skills.
• Good leadership and record-keeping ability.
• Basic knowledge of content creation and social media management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly (subject to performance review).
